PP Warehouse Turnover Boxes

PP Warehouse Turnover Boxes are reusable industrial containers converted from twin-wall hollow polypropylene sheets for warehouse storage, parts picking, production transfer, line-side handling, and internal logistics. Panels are cut, creased, slotted, folded, and assembled into the required box structure. Box dimensions, panel thickness, folding positions, closure details, and internal dividers are specified from the product dimensions, loading quantity, storage location, and handling process.

Twin-Wall PP Construction
The box is converted from hollow polypropylene sheet with a twin-wall structure. Panel thickness is selected according to box dimensions, loading requirements, and structural configuration.
Configurable Box Structure
Fixed, foldable, lidded, and compartmentalized structures can be specified according to the storage and handling process.
Integrated Internal Layout
Dividers and slots can be arranged around component dimensions, loading direction, and required quantity per box.
Processing-Based Forming
Cutting, creasing, slotting, folding, and assembly establish the final box geometry and internal configuration.

Box Dimensions
Length, width, and height are determined from the product size, required clearance, loading quantity, shelf dimensions, and available storage space.
Panel Thickness
The 2–12 mm range provides panel options for different box dimensions and structural layouts. Final thickness is specified from the box configuration and loading requirements.
Internal Configuration
Divider height, cell width, compartment quantity, and slot positions can be specified according to component dimensions and the required quantity per box.
Identification
Color and printing can be specified for part classification, warehouse identification, item coding, or handling instructions.

Cell Dimensions
Clear cell length, width, and height can be matched to the component dimensions to establish a consistent internal arrangement.
Divider Position
Divider positions can follow product geometry, loading direction, and the required number of compartments within the usable box space.
Picking Access
Cell openings and divider height can be arranged around the way components are loaded, removed, counted, and replenished.

Production starts from confirmed material, dimensions, thickness, structure, and processing requirements. PP hollow sheets are cut to size before creasing, slotting, folding, and assembly. Divider components are processed according to the approved internal layout.
Finished boxes are checked against specified dimensions, folding positions, structural configuration, divider arrangement, and appearance before packing. Engineering review can include drawings, physical samples, dimensions, colors, quantities, and configuration details before production preparation.
