PP Industrial Turnover Boxes are reusable containers converted from twin-wall hollow polypropylene sheets for production-line transfer, warehouse storage, component handling, internal logistics, and return transport. Panels are cut, creased, slotted, folded, and assembled to the required box structure. Box dimensions, panel thickness, folding positions, closure structure, and internal dividers are specified from the packed product, loading quantity, and handling process.

Defined Internal Layout
Divider cells can be configured around product dimensions, orientation, quantity, and required clearance.
Foldable Storage
Foldable structures allow empty boxes to be flattened when return or storage volume needs to be managed.
Processed Structure
Cutting, creasing, slotting, folding, and die-cutting establish the required box geometry and connection positions.

Box Dimensions
Provide internal or external length, width, and height based on the packed product and available handling space.
Panel Thickness
Select from 2–12 mm according to box dimensions, product weight, loading arrangement, and structural requirements.
Divider Layout
Cell length, width, height, divider quantity, and partition arrangement can be specified according to product geometry and loading orientation.
Identification
Color and printing can be specified for part identification, warehouse classification, and packaging control.

Panel Preparation

Creasing & Slotting

Processed panels are folded and assembled into the specified structure, including closure and divider arrangements.
Finishing
Die-cutting, printing, edge processing, and other confirmed operations can be incorporated into the production sequence.

Engineering Review
Product dimensions, drawings, samples, panel thickness, color, quantity, and configuration requirements are reviewed before production preparation.
Dimensional Inspection
Panel length, width, slots, creasing positions, and processed features are checked against the confirmed specifications.
Process Control
Cutting, creasing, slotting, folding, and assembly operations are inspected during production for configuration consistency.
Production Capacity
The manufacturing base covers approximately 58,000 m², with more than 100 employees, 12 senior engineers, 20 technical personnel, five workshops, and six production lines.
